Many women in tech struggle to get the recognition they deserve, often feeling uncomfortable speaking about their accomplishments or unsure how to showcase their impact authentically.
In this session, we’ll talk about why this happens and how to shift the narrative.
Through insights rooted in Women-Centered Coaching, we’ll explore the cultural aversion to self-promotion and how visibility can be reframed as a way to share your contributions as an act of service. You’ll leave with simple ways to highlight your contributions, own your value, and share your impact with confidence—without feeling like you are bragging.
