Panel will be moderated by Heidi Williams, Co-Founder of WEST and VP of Platform Engineering at Box. Come hear from amazing women from LinkedIn, Twilio, GoDaddy, and Box discuss their careers and what women can do to navigate career changes to help them succeed.

The Panel
Lindsey Edwards (Linkedin, Director of Product Management)- Lindsey has spent the last 10+ years at both fast growing startups and established public technology companies, working in a variety of roles early in her career from business development to corporate development but landing (much to her surprise) in product management where she found herlove for building products and teams. She is honored to be a mentor in the WEST program and is extremely passionate about diversity in the workplace and doing whatever she can to encourage and inspire women to thrive in their careers in technology.
Sophie Asher (Twilio, Solution & Customer Marketing) - As a medieval studies major whose first job was in finance and who now is a solution marketer at Twilio, Sophie has made several career transitions and has retained an abiding curiosity in career development. Before working in solution marketing at Twilio, Sophie built out the customer marketing practices at Twilio and Pardot. Prior to that she worked in global sales strategy at Salesforce after working in buy side finance in New York. She is currently a mentee in the WEST mentoring program.
Cheriana Griggs (Go Daddy, User Experience Manager) - Chériana Griggs is a San Francisco resident, strong advocate for women in the workplace and UX manager at GoDaddy. She’s passionate about building better products and growing teams that thrive on great company culture. In her current role, she works on building delightful product experiences for GoDaddy’s small business customers. On the weekend, you can find Chériana hiking, running, spending time with friends and exploring everything the Bay Area has to offer.
Bela Stepanova (Box, Director of Product) - Bela is currently a director of Product Management at Box, leading User Growth and Product Operations teams. She first joined Box 4 years ago to help scale Engineering Operations and then transitioned to a Chief of Staff role for the SVP of Product. Prior to joining Box, Bela ran Product and Engineering teams building financial management products for Accenture clients. Bela spent most of her career in the B2B space, and is passionate about bringinguser experience first mindset to enterprise products. She loves building and growing new teams and mentor the next generation of leaders.
Blair Martin (Pandora, Sr. Product Manager – Live Music) - Blair is currently leading live music products at Pandora where she focuses on creating experiences that bring listeners closer to the artists they love. She’s passionate about creating beautiful experiences that delight fans and help creators tell their stories. Her tenure at Pandora began by managing revenue operations teams and she moved into product by accident when she pitched a tool to improve her team’s workflow and was recruited to lead the implementation. From building Pandora’s first internal ad tech stack to launching ticketing at Pandora, Blair knows what it means to transition in her career and loves helping others navigate change.
